Just a question to test your reasoning abilities: Do you honestly think the best medical ninja in the world cannot open and close chakra points?

Keeping in mind that she only used one finger and was fast enough to disarm Naruto and hit him twice with the same finger before he could react I imagine with Neji's style and her being able using every part of her body as a weapon she could defend herself fairly well.
Kabuto's whole attack system depended on keeping her in mid-air so he could attack where as Neji seems to prefer his opponents on the ground. Being able to attack Tsunade in the same way as Kabuto did is unlikely. He was pretty screwed until he managed to catch her in mid air. And after that he was screwed again until her hemophobia kicked in.

Being a Senju and being gifted with the Senju body of the Sage and the Uzumaki longevity she has been granted a lot of chakra which is how she healed the entire village during Pein's attack twice or how she could heal from the Heavenly transfer technique, heal 3 kages back to 100% attack Madara and regenerate her stomach, organs and spine twice(Yasaka Magatama and Susanoo Sword) when Kabuto couldn't heal from the damage of a rasengan

She has Precise Chakra Control: Once again fairly self explanatory and I think her yin seal proves it. In addition to her strength. And the fact that she is heralded as the greatest Medical Ninja in the world and medical ninjutsu is known to require precise chakra control, or how she is able to use more than one technique at once (Transformation+Byakougou+Chakra Enhanced Strength)

Most neji's other techniques won't do tsunade anything really... Not with her creation rebirth up....Tsunade is more than capable of Outlasting neji in a fight ....This is because of her senju and uzumaki blood running through her veins.... she possesses much more chakra than the average individual...

Now we have Neji, Who without doubt is an expert fighter... A genius in his own right, and a prodigy at the gentle fist ...However none of the aforementioned things is really going to help him in this fight... The last we saw it, or I saw it, Heavenly spin was attacked by 1 tail naruto's punch and it caused it to explode recoiling and damaging both neji and naruto.... Now if 1 tail naruto's punch was enough force to blow up his spin, then I can more than guarantee that Tsunade's enhanced chakra punch, which blew away Madara's incomplete susanno... Would not only blow neji's spin up, but could possibly kill him also... Yes tsunade will aslo receive recoil damage from doing this, but we all know her creation rebirth gives her leeway to do things like that...

Next we have Tsunade's body pathway disturbance that she can pull off if she ever even layers a finger on neji... Something like that is VERY likely to happen if both ninjas end up in a taijutsu brawl .....This jutsu messes with Neji's nerves and his entire body and will change all his body movements as he knows it.. Moving his left hand may move his head... Moving his head may move his left foot... Etc... Getting that jutsu put on you, in the middle of a taijutsu fight, IS death for most shinobi... Especially when their opponent is Tsunade.. Someone , who if she lands a hit , would K0 most ninja instantly...

I have no doubt that eventually, given a bit of time , That Neji would be able to figure out the new body pattern movements.. But not in anyway as fast as Kabuto did... He could only do that because of his sheer genius in the medical ninjutsu category, so he escaped death very luckily...

As i said, in the end , Tsunade and katsuyu win this , Mid difficulty

One of the reasons why even a superpowered punch wouldn’t completely destroy rotation is because the rotation would be complete, unlike when he went up against KN0 Naruto’s punch. Without the full spinning effect of a full rotation, the centrifugal force that is key to the strength of the defense is greatly weakened, and the result is the much weaker repulsive force of an incomplete rotation. The power of the KN0 punch was therefore able to match the emission of chakra that Neji himself was emitting, leading to the repulsion of both parties. The reason as to how the rotation was incomplete is because we can see Neji begining to rotate, but never completing a full rotation. Whenever he rotates, his body becomes blur.

While Tsunade’s punch is very powerful, rotation constantly stops and repels all physical and chakra attack, and even the opponent dealing the punch, with a continuous, rotating dome of chakra. Its not a stationary/wall type of defense like sand or even susano’o which doesn’t move at all. The centrifugal forces of the rotation would force the blow aside so that the effects of the punch wouldn’t be as great, and possibly repelling tsunade alltogether.

This is just a shortened version of my reasonings as I am not one to just make page long arguements/wall of texts.

When she was conversing with Naruto and A she was able to come to conclusions without explanations whereas A need everything spelled out for him.

Neji can't jump and do his rotation at the same time. If he's already spinning and she wrecks the ground he's not going to be able to jump because he's already committed to the spin. Gentle fist blocks the chakra paths but she's the greatest medical ninja of all time she can easily fix it. She can use her summon her giant super slug that turns into millions of smaller slugs. Just that alone can slow him Dow for the one hitter quiter. Lets be serious if he could beat her or even stood a chance he would of smashed the Zetus army ny himself.
