I'd say when he killed Oro, the proof is how long Sasuke lasted against Itachi compared to Kakashi, and MS Sasuke was wrecking Kakashi when he was half blind, he would've died without Kamui or if Sasuke had more light left in his eyes.

Imo Kakashi is the better strategist and has better tactics to take down someone difficult. Sasuke would've been stronger had he not have left Konoha. Also Sasuke didn't defeat a healthy or even 50% healthy Oro, Itachi was trying to break the curse seal and never truly fought Sasuke, and he couldn't even capture Bee with assistance soooo with all of that fact had Naruto not have stepped in Kakashi just wouldve pulled a Sasuke and Kamui'd him while he was weak Imo

All those people who are saying when he defeated Orochimaru are wrong. Orochimaru was weak and sick and Sasuke himself said he wudnt have been able to defeat him otherwise. When Sasuke defeated Deidara ,i guess you could say that he surpassed Kakashi then because Kakashi himself cudnt beat Deidara...and Deidara was more or less on Kakashi's level.

It's funny how people dislike sasuke so much the picked kakashi>Sasuke. They don't give him the credit he deserves. Naruto surpassed Kakashi at the Kakazu fight. And Sasuke was still stronger than Naruto at that point. And EMS sharingan and people still think he's stronger that's just dumb. Kakashi would have died if Sasuke didn't go blind after the Danzo fight. He tries to be all hard ass and he could barley run to save Sakura. This is your opinion, i don't agree with you.Even with Curse mark Sasuke couln't even beat Deidara in a real 1vs1 fight.I don't expect him to trouble Kakashi.Only his mangekyou can trouble Kakashi.Also Kakashi can trouble him with mangekyou as well if he intend to kill him really.
When he warped the 2 susanoo arrows,Kakashi was still trying to talk with Sasuke while Sasuke clearly tried to kill him.Kakashi would kill him if it was his intention,he'd use that kamui offensively.

You sound ridiculous. I'm not sure what manga you were reading but Sasuke beat Deidara 1v1 and it was a fair fight. No interruptions, no being saved by some other person. A true 1v1 fight. Next thing you'll say is Sasuke didn't beat Danzo by himself. Sasuke was near blindness when Kakashi attacked him so just stop. Sasuke cant lose his blindness plus he can keep up his sharingan 10x longer than kakashi can. Please stop talking out your ass.
