I must admit, it's epic but time after time watching the anime I keep being curious about the pedigree... Bolan looks a little like Taph, Lin looks like Azula and Zuko looks exactly like Mako with short hair, despite his personality, their appearance look almost the same. Caliburn, Riku? Any help? :p

It's Toph and Bolan's design was based on the original design for Toph, however Toph was supposed to be a buff male, they eventually just changed the concept. But that doesn't mean that because of that they resemble each other as I don't really see much similarities appearance wise and especially not personality wise.

I barely see any similarities with Lin and Azula and neither with Zuko and Mako.

i noticed something korra has these flash backs only when shes unconsiss in amons presence think this means something?
Well that's fairly obvious as they are not going to show her having random flashbacks with no relevance to the story. It's a given that there's a relationship between what's happening in the flashbacks and what's happening right now.

Lin beifong is now my favorite character.

This episode was awesome, the animation when korra fought the Equalist people was just great and it was also sweet during the pro bending match.

I can't wait until episode 7.

A trailer is out for episode 7 (if you don't want to get a small teaser, don't watch it):

The title of the next episode is: "The Aftermath" (an alternative title is "Skeleton in the Closet")

And this is the episode's description:

Korra begins to suspect that an ally is working for the Equalists.

Why do I suddenly feel bad for a douchebag ._.

And I have a feeling the "ally" that's mentioned is either Sato or that douchy counciler.

Then I would go more into the direction of Sato or his daughter (using the death of his wive/her mother potentially by a bender as a motive) as Tarrlok is a waterbender himself. Working together with someone who's planning to "purify" the world of bending wouldn't be exactly logical, unless Amon has some kind of ulterior motive.

Oh I completely forgot Tarrlok was a bender xd and yeah, I've read one of the comments to the video on youtube where someone brought up a theory that Sato finances the equalists because it's odd if Amon could finance all the advanced technology himself, sounds like a pretty good theory to me o.o

As far as I know that part about Zuko hasn't been confirmed, that was just something people were speculating on unless I'm missing something. Though it has been confirmed Zuko had a daughter who succeeded him as the Firelord/lady.

It's most likely both of them, I doubt Asami already has ownership over the resources required to fund Amon with all them gadgets o-o also, it all makes pretty much sense to me now.
I thought Asami was suspicious from the beginning though and if the theory is correct then there's no way it was a coincedence that she crashed into Mako who happened to be good friends with the avatar who happened to be Amon's potentionally most dangerous enemy and with her father sponsoring them they definately trust them, I believe we got a "keep your friends close but your enemies closer" situation on our hands.. I probably sound like I'm suddenly saying it is all Asami's doing xD but again, I highly doubt she would be able to finance Amon without her father being in on it O_O
