Speeding tickets are a civil matter you don't go to jail you get cited to court. Where I'm from that doesn't even happen they just suspend your license until you pay them.

Must be nice in New Jersey then. In Cleveland you sit in jail and they tack money off each day, however long the Judge thinks is appropriate.

I don't know about New Jersey, they put you in jail for anything here. I'm from Vermont, where it takes a lot to end up in jail.

You honestly will probably just have to pay fines, and get probation. You shouldnt even be THAT worried about anything jail related. Worse comes to worse, you spend a possible night to three nights (depending on when you turn yourself in) due to having to wait and see a judge. You will be just fine bro. Fines are what you should actually be worried about.

I got arrested a Friday once in Hartford Connecticut and had to spend the entire weekend in a ghetto ass city jail that sucked. Once they released me I never went back I have had a warrant for my arrest for a missed court date in Connecticut for 4 years now but its a misdemeanor so I can only get arrested in Connecticut as long as I stay out of that state I'm fine. Only thing that sucks is I can't buy guns or leave the country.

Lolz dont act tuff. Just be yourself, if someone tries to bully you, just laugh at them. This may get you into a fight but the laugh would piss them off. =X your not going for long but in spare time it wouldnt be bad to workout

guys at best this dude is going to county lock up... not like prison. That's if he even goes there. During processing you'll just sit somewhere all day. If you do get a cell it's on your own until you go to county or something like that. Depends on what state and how much speeding tickets you have gotten. Most likely scenerio is a bail if you got someone to help you. Then court, if you have the money then you pay, lose license for so many months/year, then your probably free to go.

However if you have something else attached then i don't know. Like if you failed to show up to court and such. Thats like gonna be some actual jail time.

bro jail really isnt all that bad to go over 450 bucks is just dumb but if you do and up going and your afraid jus keep to yourself most of the beef in jail starts over ...

1. someone is new and he thinks he is tough im gonna run it ....
2. ppl get into deals and try and hustle eachother .....

ya ocassionally there is just a dude on a bad day but you can spot those guyz from a mile away and if your not scared throw down if your are jus avoid people like that

now the pen that is a different story if you ever end up in their with the guyz doing life your in trouble you better toughen up so if you cant dont ever let them talk you into doing your time their just to get a few years off your sentence that is where the stuff goes down cuz your got real bad people doing life their never getting out so they dont give a fuu

also never call anyone a goof in jail it the most low down go time word it means child molestor but its a word you just dont wanna say unless your down for some real beef i seen people get put into the hospital bad for that word

all that being said just pay the 450 seriously
