its not just becuase he killed Ace, but he acts too cocky n shit, he just does watever he thinks is right and is persistent..i was soo happy he got smashed by whitebeard (rip) but srsly he shudnt have survived

Yeah hes a douche, but he fits his role well and his purpose is to be a hated enemy. He is a well made character, and plays the role of non-likeable bad guy perfectly.

Cant disagree with you there. They did do a good job with OP having badass bad guys.

Akainu is one of the best characters in the show. He does go over the top sometimes, but he doesn't mess about. He is like the Pain of One Piece. Absolute Justice/Peace by any means.

I agree with the guy that made the Akainu/Pain with Absolute justice comparison. Its always great to have a character like that.
