-Tobi (Gedo Mazo included)
-Madara (Susanoo included)
-BM Naruto
-Anyone else using Susanoo..
-Muu
-3rd Raikage
-Sasori using himself
-Kakuzu
-Kisame
-B in full transformation
-Jugo going crazy
-Six Paths of Pain
-SM Kabuto
-Orochimaru

...And that's all I can think of...
