Zabuza was pretty badass and intimidating.
So is Shikamaru's dad.
The 6 paths of pain due to the rods in their faces.
Orochimaru, because of his creepiness as well.
Itachi because he's calm and cool, and shows no emotion.

Old Itachi was pretty intimidating, but not Edo Itachi. :shrug:
