Alright I don't think it's ever been expressly stated that Tsukyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo are the main three jutsu awakened with the Mangekyou. In fact, we know that it's not true because of Kakashi's Kamui and Shisui's Kotoamatsuchi. In fact, my theory is that the true genjutsu coming inherently with the MS varies from person to person, for example while Itachi's tsukyomi gives him complete dominion over time and space in his realm, Shisui's KA allows total alteration of ones thoughts. So who knows, perhaps Sasuke is still honing his own advanced genjutsu, or perhaps we just haven't seen him use it with his EMS.

Sasuke does not use Tsukuyomi. He has advanced genjutsu but it's been stated by Tobi to not be on the level of Itachi's Tsukuyomi.

Sasuke has used tsukyomi on killer bee, danzo and just now in the last chapter.

Sasuke and itachi both used tsukyomi to cancel out the genjutsu used by kabutos tayuya flute.

That is not tsukoyomi. Itachi even appears to be in a haze-grey environment.. quite different from our view of Sasuke in Itachi's tsukoyomi in which the colors are inverted and set in a high contrast. Why draw them differently if both genjutsus effect are the same?

its clear that sasuke doesnt have tsukiyomi... im sure kishi would have simply wrote "Tsukiyomi" on sasukes panel... kishi NEVER hesitates to name jutsus... looks like he's hiding sasuke's techniques...

As stated by Tobi here, "It's a weak genjutsu that doesn't last long. But the trick is knowing when to use it..."

So if Sasuke had MS at this point, (which he did obviously) it can be inferred that he has Tsukuyomi, but if he had it, wouldn't he have used it by now? I think that people mix up that he used it on Danzo because I think the anime said that. Although I'm not sure.. And if he hadn't used Tsukuyomi on Danzo, then he definitely didn't use it on Bee. Plus, most eyes have specific techniques. The reason Sasuke has Amaterasu is because Itachi transferred that power to him, which leads me to believe he didn't transfer Tsukuyomi.

If this is the case why does itachi have susanoo? he does not have EMS

By "Double Mangekyo" I think Sasuke just meant that Mangekyo requires two pairs of sharingan. Either that or it was a mis-translation, which I doubt. Also, Sasuke didn't have EMS at this point so I'm pretty sure he didn't mean EMS..

Maybe Sasuke has some sort of other power? Eyes seem to have unique powers. Kakashi doesn't have Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi

Reason people think Sasuke uses Tsukuyomi, because it was stated that only those who awaken the Mangekyo in both eyes can awaken the 3rd power,the Susanoo.

In accordance with Japanese myth, those two preceding Susanoo are Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

I've been saying this for a while now, but people kept ignoring it and saying otherwise.

The fact is Sasuke has NEVER refered to any genjutsu he's used as tsukuyomi while Itachi has including in this chapter.

I believe it is tsukiyomi even danzo said it...itachi transferred all his visual jutsu to sasuke hell sasuke even has his eyes so it has to be tsukiyomi.
