Rules and Restrictions
Kabuto an Orochimaru cannot use reanimation jutsu
Madara can use meteorite justu only once
Kakashi can use his MS technique 3 times and not feel weak

Naturally Gifted-all techniques these character posses was through blood line or born with it.

Gifted-techniques these characters posses was given to them,stolen,someone elses power etc

Naturally gifted top 6

1. Itachi(perfectly healthy)
2. Madara(without senju dna but has rennegan)
3. Sasuke(has EMS)
4. A(has two arms)
5. Orochimaru(full Health)
6. Onoki(healthy)

Gifted top 6

1. Nagato...(... is gifted since we dont know if the rennegan is his)
2. Tobi/the masked man(his sharingan dose not deactivates so yah know...)
3. Naruto...(... is gifted because kyubi is not his power)
4. Kisame(needs shamehada to reach full potential)
5. Kabuto(as he is now.He is gifted because all his techniques he stole lol)
6. kakashi

Mentality-intent to kill
Location-where sasuke fought danzou

Also, please keep in mind the the way i lined them up is so number '1' from naturally gifted should be able to take on number '1' from gifted and so on and so one.

I think Naturally gifted wins this because Itachi and Madara are extreamly talended,Onoki and A makes a good partnership and Orochimaru has alot of forbbiden jutsu.

I could have added Minato to naturally gifted but that would have made them to over powered.

Team 2 would have too much for them IMO. Madara and Itachi are the only stand out threat and he would be defeated by Naruto, Tobi and Nagato. Then Team 2 just has enough to finish off the rest of that team.

lol. Nagato + Gedo Mazo + Tobi and Naruto and Jinchuuriki paths = Dead Madara, Dead Itachi.
