What's so good about Fairy Tail?(No Flaming)

Haters gonna hate. It's not about trend. It's been beating all other mangas in sales every since it started in 1998.
When somethings tops the ratings and sales for 14 years, that means it's good.

You're just being a little kid, judging stuff by their cover. Read it/Watch it before you judge it.

People that don't judge things by their cover rate the mangas.
Anyway, what purpose does insulting One Piece serve? Less people will watch it cause you think it's a bad series? It makes you feel better?

Also,Why do you care if I insult One Piece or not?Assuming I had a ulterior motive to insult One Piece, how in anyway does that effect you? Does it make you feel better to defend One Piece?

Yes, pull out a list of best selling artist of all times. (Not just for 2012 or 2011, cause that just proves it was a trend or is a trend, pull out the sales and ratings for artists of all times).

Somehow I tried to refute your post without using my personal opinions but I couldn't.Using the list of top selling artist of all time would bring my point to ahead, but that would still be my personal opinion.While I might find Abba, one of the top selling and rated musical acts awful, others might not.The same can be said for Madonna, who I find unbearable.

If you read his name, he's obviously a pretty hardcore Naruto fan and with his opinion he would place Naruto over most manga if not all, so I used that. Plus it doesn't really matter what manga he was comparing to because One Piece would still trump it.

No? See those guys with Uchiha (something something) for their name? One would assume that they're firstly an Uchiha fanboy and secondly a Naruto fan. One does not need to have a real characters name to be a fan.

I love Bleach and I'm a pretty hardcore fan but does my name have something to do with Bleach? I don't think so.

I'm not assuming. Anyone who has watched One Piece(not just 1-2 episodes of it) might not think it's the best manga out there, but everyone who has watched it knows that Fairy Tail is inferior to One Piece, because much of Fairy Tail is taken FROM One Piece.

Actually it does make me feel better defending One Piece, because it is the greatest series out there. It has given me a lot of joy to follow the series. I feel emotionally attached to the series and its characters, and thats why it makes me feel good when I defend it.

You might not like Abba and Madonna cause they are not in trend and their time is over, but that doesn't mean that they were great artists.
They stopped being on top of the sales lists a long time ago, because they went out of "trend". While One Piece only dipped down to 2nd and third place, in 2 out of 14 years. It's still on top of yearly sales and overall sales, that's why its great.
