I took a look at that jutsu, wouldn't you have to have chakra sensing ability to do it because it involves sensing chakra :/

i knew this would be hardcore training when i signed up... lol

the way i see it... its better in the long run...
its like how goku trained in higher gravity and as a result he is much stronger...

so i train here and then fights in normal climates are a walk in the park...

no...
it involves DISPERSING my chakra over a wide area... not sensing opponent chakra...

its like Sensing Rain Jutsu...

:/ but wouldn't you still have to have chakra sensing ability to detect your own chakra. And Sensing Rain Jutsu is a custom jutsu created sometime ago that wouldn't really work.

The jutsu you were talking about disperses your chakra then sense's your own chakra which would require chakra sensing.
