Can Byakugan transform into rinnegan too?

nope, the byakugan has the ability to SEE chakra and the chakra network, the sharingan cant see it like that.

listen dude, there is a huge difference between sensing chakra and actually seeing it.
and prove to me that the byakugan enhances physical abilities other that eyesight?

yes it does, when sasuke's sharingan evolved from 2 tamoe to 3 tamoe, we saw an increase in speed, strength and the power of his fire style jutsu.
also, chidori wasnt useable by kakashi until he obtained the sharingan because he wasnt fast enough and didnt have the necessary reflexes to control it while dodging enemy atacks

the sharingan wastes chakra and strength not enhances it. when sasuke was fighting with sharingan in the fight of the chunnin exams he could not use sharingan cause he couldnt access his chakra because he was weak. itachi had to stop using sharingan after using tsukuyomi in his fight for naruto in the hotel with jiriaya and kakashi couldnt use chidori effectively because he could not see teh enemies counter attack which was corrected after he got the sharingan. but it never enhances the physical body. just relfexes

Sharingan allows the user to copy jutsu, to see chakra, to increase focus, and to predict movements
byakugan allow the user to see chakra, see the chakra network, through walls, and in near 360 degrees. It also has x-ray and microscopic vision.

none of that is evidence of anything buddy... of course it uses chakra, its a jutsu so i dont see what youre trying to prove with that

Byakugan does look close to Rinnegan but that would'nt clarify it. Only Sharingan can progress to Rinnegan.
Wrong on both counts
3 tomes allowed him to keep up with Naruto's speed with the kyuubi chakra cloak. Cursed mark increased his power
The sharingan allow Kakashi to counter and then use the chidori cause he had the speed
