You just contradicted yourself. I can't prove that he can be defeated, no that's true, but you also can't prove that he can't be defeated. Why? Because he's dead.
And there's nowhere in the manga or the data books that state he's undefeatable.

The fact that he's dead is irrelevant. When he was alive he was undefeated. Therefore he remains unbeatable even in death.

Like i've said on the other topic, he was at least 13 when he defeated Oro not 11. When he entered Akatsuki and met Kisame it was after the Uchiwa massacre(Kisame talked about that) and at the Uchiwa massacre, he was already 13. Against Kakashi he was 18 not 17.

Maybe you're right, but how do you explain the fact that he was 13 at the Uchiwa massacre and no member of Akatsuki, but when he join Akatsuki and meet Kisame the first time he is 11?

The manga didn't state or show anything to say that someone could beat him.

But it did say that Minato had unrivaled power. Which is evidence enough.

As tobi said, when all else failed.. time ran out and it came to that day... the uchiha massacre day... Itachi talked to tobi and asked him for help... all this time itachi was still spying on akatuski through tobi... if tobi didn't let him, he would reveal everything about him to all the villages.. this was the ultimatum... when itachi killed the clan.. he fully joined akatsuki, and got partnered with kisame.. At this point he was 13.. right after the uchiha massacre, he had ms and activated it to warn kisame...

When he fought oro he didn't have it..

i thought he did have ms? didnt he use it on child sasuke?

itachi was 13 at the uchiha massacre.. he found tobi long before that.. at 11 or so... Was spying on akatsuki since 11....this was when he would have blackmailed tobi..
