Found an iphone 4S!!

my mom found an iphone 4s yeah.
im from holland by the way, and the phone was from a american guy. who was celebrating holiday (queensday) in holland.

the only downside is that the iphone 4s is from verizon. but the rest works perfectly

my question is: should i bring it back?? or keep it

i know im gonna keep it 100%sure but i wanna know ur opinion

Give it to the police, they'll run a fingerprint test and they'll probably give it back to the owner.

If you really want to give it back, call (your local) Apple Support and ask them about the Serial Number and if it's registered. If not then go look through the contacts on the Phone and try calling someone out of that list. (If it's a pre-paid phone and has no more money, you should obviously write the number down and call it with your phone)

If that doesn't work either, keep it.

I would say, call some numbers in the list and return it. I don't know if there's such a thing as 'Find Iphone' as Mugiwara ways, they'll definitely try to find it back.
