Found an iphone 4S!!

If you can give it back then you should do it, however if the person was just visiting your country and already left... i think you can keep it, for that person to get it back it is more troublesome than buying a new phone.

If you really want to give it back, call (your local) Apple Support and ask them about the Serial Number and if it's registered. If not then go look through the contacts on the Phone and try calling someone out of that list. (If it's a pre-paid phone and has no more money, you should obviously write the number down and call it with your phone)

If that doesn't work either, keep it.

Agree with this post... besides, the poor guy probably needs to contact his family back home. His life could be ruined!

Lucky. My buddy works at AT&t store and can unlock phones for me. I just never have had the luck of finding a phone for him to unlock. A few of my friends all use stolen Iphones that he unlocked for them though.
