as we all know that oda's biggest chess piece in the plot is blackbeard who has the ability to stole devil fruit powers from others but then if we give a quick look
at the past we can conclude that this chess piece shouldn't be actually there.
Let's recall that when luffy fought magellan in prison he nearly died due to extreme exposure to magallan's poison and even that okama's (bon-chan) decision to find the antidote was a waste cause the doctor told him that it's is impossible to make antidote for each of magallan's poison in time.
but Then on the other hand when blackbeard pirates confronted magellan they were drowned literally in poison but even after that they got lucky cause they got antidote but it was impossible to make antidote in such a short time....where did that come from?(even if time was available doctor himself said that he can't cure all poisons) .... i think oda overlooked this loop hole in the plot.
