In which conditions did he won?Gaara already won
Nidaime Mizukage. Gaara couldn't have won without his father's gold sand, which I would consider help. I'm not even sure if he could've destroyed the clam without being killed.
Ehm, no. Since you're supposed to be a fan of Gaara, you should actually know it better. He used the sand made cold by the hail to chill Jouki Boy, preventing the explosion - but it was the gold that made him heaver, enabling Gaara to get a hold of him. Without that, Jouki Boy would've simply dodged Gaara's sand. The gold also played an important role in stopping the explosion itself, since its heat conduction supported the cold sand and trapped Jouki Boy after becoming hard. Without the gold, Gaara wouldn't have managed to stop Jouki Boy.Read that battle again.Gaara said by himself that the hail was enough to stop Mizukage's clon.
Take into account that mizukage was an edo and he saw Gaara fighting his father. They both had intel on each other.I think Gaara was in disadvantage because he had to protect everybody, including Oonoki.
He was in a dessert, yes, but a sand tsunami can do that job too.
He couldn't destroy the clam by himself? Giant sand burial,or plug its hole x)
Gaara wins!
He now has gold sand to use as well, now he knows how to defeat him.

I say 2nd Mizukage as Water > Sand.
And Gaara only uses sand ._.
