Hiraishin Lvl2 is preparing a technique like rasengan, aiming for the enemy, and when youre close to hit him teleport and hit him from another angle.
Useful when both prepare a technique and they both aim at each other like Sasuke and Naruto. If the two technique are equal, the attack would be just a waste of chakra. One of them should teleport behind the other and hit him.
Hope you understood so i dont have to draw this explication

basically this. It's just teleporting to a moving kunai and attacking from that anlge, which gives you an unprecedented advantage. He used the same technique vs A.

Did none of you read my post(s)? There is no 'level 2'. Again, the word used in the Japanese text could mean either:

-Level
-Stage
-Steps

The 3rd option (steps) is the obvious,y correct one and Minato teleporting instantaneously to a moving kunai is no different than what he normally does. Tobi simply didn't realize that moving kunai could be teleported to, so Minato said 'The Flying Thunder God technique has 2 steps!' Basically, Minato was saying that the state and motion of the kunai makes no difference. The technique involves simply applying a technique formula to an object/person or throwing something with the seal already on it, and the 2nd step is teleporting to it. It's one of those things that happens in anime and manga, It's just how the author explains things, even when it's obvious.

So, to recap. There is no 'level 2'. Thread ended. =)

Wtf is that? If FTG is instantaneous. Then how can something be more instantaneous?? What's the difference.

Sorry I'm a bit confused where in the manga did it say minato has two levels of FTG?

He's referring to a slightly incorrect translation of what Minato said around chapter 500.

Lol this is the most logical explanation in this thread.

Ftg lvl 2

I just released something; if ANYTHIG, my instant transmission-esque suggestion would be level three (if ANYTHIG), considering his FTG level ONE could be without attacking; level two WITH attacking.

Just saiyan.

your words < manga

My words come from direct translations of the mnaga. You don't even realize how often scanlator screw up or add stuff that isn't actually present in the original Japanese text.

lol i think it was a wrong trans. i think it was step not level. what the hell is the big difference when you say. a level 1 is a stationary kunai and a level 2 is a flying kunai and tele? doesnt make sense.

Are you trolling or just extra stupid? What you read are translations from scanlators, and they often make mistakes, which causes users like yourself to make claims based off them. =|

There is no Level 2. The word used ther could mean level, stage, or steps. The proper translation should have been ''Hiraishin has two steps!' which is the application of the seal/throwing of the kunai with the seal and teleporting to it.

This.
That post should end this thread.

Apparently you aren't getting it; lemme put this plainly for you.
You aren't reading exactly what was said in Japanese. Some things are lost in translation. Minato wasn't saying that he used an improved Flying Thunder God technique/level 2. He was explaining how the technique worked basically, which is placing a seal and teleporting to it. That's it. There's nothing else. Can people let this die now? :)

No, it didn't. Minato did nothing different in the scope of the technique other than the fact that the kunai was moving. You simply read a slightly incorrect translation and are stupisly defending something that those of his with an above-13 year old reading comprehension can understand is being shown.

I think I'll just go ask Tsuchi to close this.
