Poisons that paralyze are called neurotoxins. It doesnt matter what it was made of. It was complex poison, healing wasnt enough since Sakura had to make antidote for it. That proves enough.

Sasori, Tsunade won't be able to dodge every poison laced attack and she doesn't have the time to create an antidote like Sakura (with the help of others) did.

Titles or ranks doesnt mean much. Sasori was never a Kage, yet he killed the most powerful Kazekage in history and made him into a puppet, gaining all his strenght. :noc:

It proves nothing. No one said Sakura could heal at a cellular level and d so constantly. Tsunade heals her cells instantly which means the damage being done is automatically being healed. You cannot argue with the way the manga says a jutsu works. If it works by attacking cells and not block recievers then thats how it works. Kishi is god here and poison works how he says it does. And because he says it deals direct damage to cells, Tsunade can heal from it.

Neither can Tsunade. Remember when Naruto used FRS for the first time? Tsunade forbidden him to use that technique, since even she would be helpless against that kind of damage, Naruto would lost his arm.

If it was that simple, Sakura would extract poison from Kankuro and use medical ninjutsu on him. Instead, she had to make antidote.

Iron Sand? Projectile of it in the head means instant death. Instant death > regeneration. Tsunade is not Orochimaru, its not like you can cut her in half and she will be all right.

Creation rebirth creates new cells through cell division. Or did you miss that. So him attacking her cells is pointless as she would just replaced the damaged cells with new ones. So what Sakura could do is not the same as Tsunade's abilities.

Same can be said about standard healing ninjutsu. The only difference its that not as fast and not constant. Like I said, if simple healing was enough Sakura wouldnt have to make the antidote.

tsunade doesnt have the antivenom like sakura did so one scratch shes gone regardless of any regeneration

Still, even if she could create an antidote, dealing with 298 puppets and the 3rd kazekage's iron sand is a different story all together.

Tsunade could probably break 100 puppets with one punch. As Chiyo noticed Sasori's puppets were uncoordinated. As for the iron sand, she has Katsuyu to help, Katsuyu can absorb people (and heal them at it). Plus she has the Byakugou to heal any injury as soon as it's inflicted without hand seals so she could do it while attacking.
