Weakest kage of all time

Fourth Kazekage. Gaara pretty much took him out like it was no problem despite both of them being Kage and having some knowledge of each of their own techniques.

4th kazekage. It seems like his gold dust jutsu is only useful against sand users -_-. That why he beat the shikaku. He can't defeat no other Kage

well sice we dont know much about any of the kages other then the ones shown i say danzo

Danzo wasnt a Hokage people why cant you get it through your mind >_> He was voted by the higher ups to step in as Hokage but He STILL needed the jounin votes (which couldnt happen because he had to go to the summit conference) Danzo wasnt a Hokage There hasnt been a 6th Hokage YET <---Naruto *Cough* lol

Similarly i know this will get the people who dislike Tsunade ready to fire, but her feats are exceptional.

Im not sure why people would say the 4th Kazekage (Gaara's dad). He fought and sealed a tailed beast and lived

I can just imagine all the little trolls eagerly writing "Tsunade is the weakest!"..well, she's not. I think it could be Second Mizukage.

What does Mei tsunade gaara's dad
Have that can beat gaara

Untill somebody can prove to me that they have anything to beat him I put him over them

Mei=while her lava release is destructive if gaara takes flight that's ineffective and he carries way more sand then she can spit lava and can create more
and she shows no speed feats to bypass gaara (current) sand (she's not faster then amatsurtsu or Enton)
Tsunade= while physically strong she's also 2 slow and cant defend agains the sand

Gaara dad = we seen what happen in war plus his dad is limited to the amount of gold he has where gaara can create more if needed...

It really depends on the context of weak then doesn't it. She was the reason konoha won the second great shinobi war. She's the reason many people more people survived Pein's attack and by summoning katsuyu and ordering her to separate she allowed information to be collected all at once. Any other kage would have died without being so usefull, and she kept a rather large majority of the villagers alive.
When we get up close in personal any of her attacks landing spells doom for most opponents, and at a distance there is no real reason Tsunade can't create boulders like this
