How is gaara weakest he pawns tsnuade (who can't die in battle but can get her body crushed by sand) Mei (who Dnt hav anything but the lava to put gaara down and once he flys Thts out of the question and she has no defenses against him also water doesn't effect gaara sand it says in his bio he can still munipulate sand even when it's saturated with water so he's only 16 and he's above these 2 fact
My opinion seeing He gives A a run for his money if he takes flight
And he cant beat onooki (none of current kages can)
I put him over his dad 2
And put him over mizukage with the oil (even if oils the only thing tht ****s with sand)
Because he ultimately lost to gaara even fell for a sand cloned onooki created by gaara

Reason why I put gaara also above his dad and the the other Kazekage is because they all have same fighting style yes but gaara has perfected it he isn't limited to the amount of sand lik his dad (only can use gold dust) or te 3rd (iron sand)
He carries with him already a mini desert and can create one at will

Some people will get mad but tsunade is the weakest kage..she's really not the battle type. But she is the best medical ninja.

Danzou is definitely not weak, there isn't such a weak Kage, if he/she was weak they would've never became Kages.... But let's say weakest between all the Kages ever, I think it's safe to say 3rd and 4th MIZUKAGE, 4th Kazekage isn't week.... Magnet release -_-

Your a ****! firstly nothing is known of the 3rd mizukage and the forth was revered To have complete control over his tailed beast and use powerful deflecting techniques little else is known of him so how can you say he's the weakest?

You can deactivate it. Danzo wasn't fighting sasuke too seriously, people need to remember that Tobi was there too, and Danzo recognized him as a much bigger threat. So, he saved his powers, like Ka. Also, by doing this, he underrated sasuke and lost.
