Minato knows the best seals technics bcuz of his wife... I think everyone knows that the Uzumak clan is known by their great abilities of sealing stuffs, so no way Tobi could easily seals Minato.
And if im not mistaken it takes a lot of chakra to control all those bijus tobi posses. Minato could just dodge attacks from bijus making Tobi running out of chakra as simple as that. When Tobi first met Minato it was clearly that Minato understood Tobi didnt want that battle to get long bcuz controling a biju aint that simple and now guess Tobi controlling all of these Bijus.
By the other hand we still dont know Minato's full power, we quite dont know nothing about him (unless he aint got nothing else besides what he had shown)... That'd be so lame!
I truly think Minato would be victorious... He only had to be flashing around while Tobi is running out of chakra controlling Biju tryin to hit him. lol
Those bijus are mindless so they need to be controlled and tobi is the one with the control remote what makes him run out of chakra.

I know tobi is way stronger but I vote for minato just because he is way too fast for tobi to keep up with, the same thing would just happen again, minato would free the bijuu's from tobi's control and tobi would either escape like a coward again or just get killed by minato

Edo or not, he can still be warped away. Just because he can't be killed by conventional methods doesn't mean he can just pull down his pants and moon tobi all day.

Minato is too fast so Tobi can't seal him with Rinnengan or Sharingan.
