how in the hell edo lose chakra? if someone loses chakra depleted to 0 it will die. then since its an edo it will regenerate so that it will live again. does killing itself when in an edo form regenerates everything? muu splited himself thus dividing its chakra. edo itachi spams his amaterasu susano but he doesnt loses his chakra

I'm not sure if Tobi still has the ftg mark 16 years ago, because if he still has it then Minato's chance of winning will be greater. He can easily remove control of the bijiu's from Tobi with his sealing tech & wound him via rasengan just like the last time they clashed.

However, if Tobi no longer have the ftg mark then it will make harder for Minato to hit him or seal him because of Tobi's S/T tech + Rinnegan + Sharingan + Bijiu's + Gedo. He is way too powerful now so Minato's chance of winning will be reduced drastically as compared before.

I'm still unsure who might win because I never saw Tobi fight with his full power and we lack knowledge of Minato's true abilities. But one thing is for sure, if this fight will somehow happen then it's going to be an epic battle.. Just like the last time!

Tobi has Rinnegan + sharingan + that ghost ability + 6 jins + Izanagi and he is one of teh 3 main villains in the series right now I bet we haven't even scratched the servace of what he can really do you just know when it goes back to his battle he is going to end up pulling out some OP jutsu

in other words Minato is out classed and there is no way Tobi is going let himself get hit with rasengan again seeing as how he gets the gest of Minatos fighting ability first hand from their previous encounter

You are totally giving Tobi an advantage. You said that minato only have FTG + rasengan + some sealing jutsu and Tobi have Rinnegan + sharingan + that ghost ability + 6 jins + Izanagi. Obviously, you wanted to make him that powerful because you assume that he has all the power of rinnegan and sharingan which we have not seen so far. I'm not saying that he doesn't have it but you're not giving both Tobi and Minato an even playing field.

If you would like Tobi to have mastery of rinnegan and sharingan so at least you would consider that Minato being a Hokage mastered at least 1000 skills as shown here. Consider this and it's an even playing field.

Another thing, there is no evidence saying that Minato will be exhausted by teleporting TBB. Other's are speculating it. Also, I don't think that he will run out of chakra because he is an edo. It's so simple if all of you would think. Minato would use all his chakra to the point that it reaches zero and we all know that when a shinobi depleted all his chakra he'll die, right? Being an EDO Minato will just regenerate thus giving him an unlimited chakra. Unlimited in the sense that he'll just regenerate after using all his chakra..What's so hard to understand? Speed alone is a very big factor in defeating Tobi.

Tobi can probably earn the element of surprise by using Izanagi, and I think it's obvious that Tobi could have teleported Minato if he kept on trying, or Tobi would have known it was a lost cause as he already saw FTG. The element of surprise has gotten a path hit by Konohamaru, so we know there's at least some strength to it.

Minato isn't getting passed 6 jinchuuriki with sharinagans and rinnengans. Km Naruto and a perfect jinchurriki couldn't even take them on. Also minato hasn't improved since their last fight while Tobi has gotten a huge upgrades, while also learning how Minato fights.

The best post I've read so far.. ha2x.. Perhaps this is the reason why Uchiha Fan-boy's believed that Minato is overrated.

Anyways, I think that the one who will strike the first will determine the fight, just like before. Bijiu's are no longer necessary here because if Minato find it dangerous he will just teleport in to another location. There must be a reason why Tobi didn't use his S/T tech to just teleport all the bijius in the battle field. So it's safe to assume that if Tobi will follow Minato to wherever he jumped he will be alone. Thus, making it 1v1 battle eventually.

Tobi is way too powerful now than they met before. But regardless of this raw power if he can't still hit Edo-Minato he won't simply win. Same goes to Edo-Minato, I think it will be harder for him to hit/tag Tobi now because of his current power-ups. So I think their S/T tech, speed & intelligence will play a crucial role in this battle. Since I find Minato to be superior than Tobi in this areas I'll vouch for him.. Edo-Minato ftw!

Hey guys, dont you remember that Minato made it to where "madara" (tobi supposedly) couldnt control the nine tails? So why wouldnt he just seal away the 6 other beasts? that is one thing that is a very big Key factor. Even the raikage said that Minato was the fastest ninja ever, so id say he has the advantage. Im also pretty sure that tobi cannot control the rinnegan like nagato could.

Main point i'm trying to make is Tobi is going to need to touch Edo Minato to defeat him and that isn't happening. That's why the result of this match is inconclusive IMO.

Good point? Thats what I could aswell say about the outcome. Minato would never be caught by tobi, as like their last meeting, even with ems, he could not get minato.

That is a massive misconception. That s/t barrier technique is a variation of ftg and if you go back to that fight, you'd see that he had an ftg kunai. Due to him having ftg tags all over konoha he can transport the tbb to another location where there are ftg seals. Unless he has ftg tags on an opponent, no he cannot teleport a technique right back at them

Secondly depending on the size and the chakra it consumes. Teleporting 6 bijuu dama would cost him all his chakra. Before you say edo tensei grants infinite chakra, thats another misconception. If he does teleport it, he will be the 2nd mizukage after joki boy, extremely exhausted or like the muu when he couldnt use dust release after he split Seriously?

i know this is in the past now...but using the s/t barrier for one Bijuu dama didnt effect living minato so even with 6 edo minato wouldnt break a sweat just to be honest
