Not really funny if you live here and are aware of what's going on. lol The reason most people don't know about it is because Obama passed it New Years Eve when most people weren't paying attention. And before that he said he would veto the bill, and later on announced that it was him and his committee of shit-heads who came up with the idea in the first place. Not only that, but before signing Obama stated that this did not apply to citizens, and after signing he went back on his word. There are already numerous cases of people being arrested for an indefinite period of time, and not being seen again because of this law. All these people in office are full of crap, and that's why they are trying to stop Ron Paul from getting in.
