Hyūga clan Looks: Law is a slim man of average height. As for his facial features, he has faint shadows right under both of his gray eyes, and his mouth is usually seen in a smile. He has dark blue hair, a majority of which is obscured, save for his sideburns and small black goatee, by the northern-style fur hat that Law wears, which is white and has spots on the bottom and along the rim.
He is seen wearing a black-sleeved yellow hoodie with his Jolly Roger out on the front of his chest and the sleeves rolled up. Law also sports a pair of jeans with odd markings on both the knee and ankle areas, similar to the ones on his hat, but darker in color, and a pair of dark, pointed shoes. He also sports a pair of small earrings on each ear.
He has many tribal-style tattoos on his arms; on his left hand, in particular, are the letters D, E, A, T, and H tattooed in black each on the back of his fingers. Originally in the manga, only his thumb was not tattooed, with the letter A missing. Later on, all of his fingers were tattooed complete with all five letters. He also has a black cross on the back of his right hand.
Personality: Law is an extremely laid-back character, who is nearly always seen smiling. The only times he is shown not smiling was when he's incredibly shocked, explaining something to other people, or frowning in deep thought. He speaks in a politely sarcastic manner. He appears to be honorable enough to refuse taking credit that is due to others.

Gofuu Kekkai | 4 Corner Perimeter Barrier Seals

Description: This is a fuuinjutsu technique designed to put up a detection barrier over an area connected to the Ninja who put it up. It involved placing 4 seals, usually a simple Kanji for North, South, East, West in their proper position in relations to each other, to form the four corners of a square spread out to up to 1 mile wide (long range). Once these kanjis are put in place, which can be done through tags or carving or writing out the kangis out onto proper surfaces the caster must make their way to the approximate center of the “Square” and form a set of 2 hand seals to finally activate the barrier. Once this is done, the caster becomes aware of all chakra sources and signature within that zone, as well as their relative position within the zone. If asleep, the caster will immediately be awakened by a chakra source walking into the area, etc… This is perfect to set up if one wishes to sleep in enemy territory where danger might sneak up on them or such situations. If the caster leaves the square, than the user must once more perform the hand signs to once again reactivate the detection barrier.
- Can only be use twice per battle.
- Can't be used to get out of Genjutsus.
- Re-activating the technique counts as a move.
- The seals required for this technique can't be placed before the beginning of the match.

Description:A unique technique developed by Hyuuga Neji and based upon the most basic of principles of Jyuuken which state that chakras cancel each other out, and expanding upon his Senjigusuri technique. Neji will begin emitting a steady but subtle release of chakre from his entire body, saturating a relatively small area around him (up to mid range outward from his body) with it. This chakra, not enough to cancel out an opponent’s, is intended rather to interfere with and disrupt an opponent’s chakra as long as they spend within this small area. Activated jutsus such as for example, a cloak of lightning surrounding an opponent, will become disrupted and fall apart, opponent's chakra will seem to run amuck leaving them with difficulties in molding it, their bodies will begin reacting to their disrupted chakra flow causing them to feel a weakening, slowing and slight loss of balance, etc, nothing major, but enough to prove disadvantageous in close quarter and hand to hand combat. All an opponent has to do to free themselves from this effect is to step away from him and out of the affected zone, as long as they are not within it they will not be affected by it, this is very much intended for close range taijutsu combat. Unfortunately however, this Chakra is not visible to normal eyes, meaning a foe is unlikely to realize anything is happening until after they begin feeling the effects, and even then are unlikely to know what exactly is happening or where Neji's chakra stops.

Description:This Technique is an advanced Chakra control technique developed by The Hyuuga Clan ability to emit Chakra beams, and putting to the user understanding in the control and focus of chakra. A powerful and destructive technique, the user will focus an amount of chakra into one of the palms. Finally, aimed towards the user target, this chakra will be released right towards them. The Chakra fires out like a powerful energy blast, taking the appearance of a 6 inch wide bright bluish white beam of light, almost laser like. However the rays are visible to everyone. Being Pure Chakra and of an Hyuuga it can even be used to disrupt Chakra should it strike the opponent at a tenketsu.
-Can only be used 1 times per battle.
-Harms the user solar plexus, thus the additional damage. -10 to user
-The user will feel exhausted when ending the jutsu and will only be able to use 2 jutsu that turn.

Description:A Jyuuken technique requiring relatively strong Chakra Control. The user raises concentrates and created lager needle like Chakra projectiles from any tenketsu in their Body. These Chakra needles are sharp and pierce into flesh and bone. When hitting a target these needled disrupt the targets chakra flow in the area where they hits. These needles are very long and hair thin, but contain enough concentrated chakra to be visible to the normal eye as a shining sliver.The user has to physically throw the chakra senbon.
-Only 3 can be made at a time.
-Can only be used 3 times per battle.
-Must wait one whole turn before using again.
-Harms the user thus causing damage -10 to user
Afinities
Law has a strong affinity with Genjutsu, allowing him to use most techniques with less hand seals than most and being able to perform the illusions with greater speed and detail. Because of this affinity, Yurushi is capable of recognizing easily when he's put under a weak to moderate Genjutsu, though that doesn't mean he can get out of it.
Law's chakra has the natural affinity towards Earth, enabling him to perform the hand seals for techniques of this nature with increased speed.
An ability developed by Law Hyuuga, taking advantage of his great skill with his Byakugan, allows him to easily recognize a person’s chakra if he ever sees it a second time, even if this chakra is only residual Chakra left behind in the air.
Chakra Control
The Hyuuga Clan are renowned for their Chakra Control, yet another gift of their Bloodline. Their ability to release Chakra from all parts of their body, even simultaneously is renowned across the Shinobi world, as is their ability to control their very Chakra flow itself. For his part, even among his fellow Hyuuga, Law is recognized as one of the clan’s most gifted and skillful, his control and awareness among the very best and advanced, this even despite his young age. This control encompasses everything from controlling how one’s chakra flows to how intensely it does, it involves the ability to manipulate one’s Tenketsus to either dilate them at will or closing them off completely, even forcing closed Tenketsus opened once more. By manipulating one’s tenketsus, one can control chakra flow through one’s system completely.
Beyond this Law’s level of control also gives him another benefit, Known as “Kimi Sententeki” (Inborn sense) among the Hyuuga, Law's Hyuuga heritage, as well as his training in the arts and ways of the Gentle fist grants him a particular awareness of his own Chakra flow, both through site (With the Byakugan) but also as an inherent sense of self due to his level of control. What this means is that Law is able to sense how his Chakra flow is doing, how much he is expending as well as detecting any difficulties within his own Chakra network (such as disrupted or altered flow, wear and tear, a shut down or dilated Tenketsu, etc) It allows him to sense and be aware of any abnormality in his own Chakra network and flow. This insight is extremely useful for an individual so focused on controlling his own chakra flow and release, and can aid detect any number of anomalies, but can't be used to get out of genjutsu.
Background Info.
History: Law’s young life was not been one of the most eventful, For the most part it was pretty simple and average. Born into a Hyuuga Branch Family, Law began learning of his clan heritage and of his blood given abilities at a young age. He would have the Hyuuga Cursed seal placed on his forehead at the age of 3 and would first activate his Byakugan at the age of 6.
His Father, a Leaf Jonin and member of ANBU and Taijutsu specialist by the name of Satsuya Hyuuga, cousin to the main would begin training him in the ways of Jyuuken from the early age of three. The Art would fascinate him, he would put all his efforts into learning it and honing his skills, most of his free time was spent practicing. His father, protective, was weary of seeing his son becoming a Shinobi, but seeing the attraction the whole thing held for his so he knew he would choose the path, so he would take a large role in his training and would spend much time having him hone his Byakugan as well as heavily emphasize speed training for him.
Law would shortly join the academy, that day had been the most exiting that he could remember. Unfortunately for him, his father passed away a few weeks later, falling while on a mission. His sword was given to the Family, Law has had it ever since and has since worn it on his back as his own. The loss was difficult for him and pushed him even further to become the best Ninja he could, he would make his father proud. His mother however suffering the loss of her husband and fearing that her son growing to be a Ninja might result in her loss as well, pulled Law out of the academy in his first year. Eventually however, in part due to pressure from the clan, and due to Law's own unhappyness, he would come to changed his stance, allowing Law to return to the academy the following year.
During that year away from the Academy, his uncle, a skilled Jyuuken master himself, would take over his training. He would achieve impressive skill for his age, and would come to possess impressive speed. By the time he returned to the Academy his abilities in Taijutsu were the best in his class.
Genin Years
Law graduated from the Academy at the age of 12, he would turn 13 two month later. His first team assignment did not last long, after one of the Genin departed with his family away from Konoha, and the second fell severely ill. He would spend several weeks awaiting a new assignment, spending his time training. Finally he would be assigned to Team Branch, under the tutelage of Mea Akira. There along with his team mates he would come to learn much. As well as the training he received from his Sensei, Law continued to study under his Uncle learning the Jyuuken style.
It was early on that he would be assigned to a mission to Rain country to protect The soon to be queen of that nation along with several other Shinobi, including the Hyuuga Zasalamel, The Imani named Neiklot and the mysterious and Young Abagail with which he formed friendships and would later become romantically linked, that mission had been his first time heading out of Fire country, it was also the mission that first made him interested in learning rain techniques after a local ANBU operative was seriously injured after taking a blow meant for him.
During the fall months, as he trained in the forests of Fire country, Law fell upon a corps and mystery, with the aid of a young Soratodai named Crow he would come to receive a rare honor in receiving permission from the great Crow to sign a contract with them that would allow him to summon them. During one of his travels he also wen to Amegakure and learned rain.

Sōjutsu – Art of the Spear
Weapons training has always been secondary in regards to Martial Arts training for Law, but a part of it none the less, certain weapons types have received conciderably more attention and effort from Law, most particularly the spear. He has become both very skilled and proficient in the use of this weapon type, when combined with his extraordinary speed, pinpoint precision and remarkable reflexes, he is quite deadly and formidable.
Like a regular ninja, he carries multiple shurikens and kunais. He has tattooed all over his body. Some of the many tattoos he has, are on his wrists, which allows him to summon more weapons in case he needs. As well having 2 (Chakra Release) seals on both his arms.
Sealing Jutsu: Chakra Release (Fuuinjutsu: Chakra Kai)

Description: In the event the user is placed in a genjutsu which he cannot release by himself, a certain seal, located on the user's arm, will activate. The seal is designed to inject a large amount of foreign chakra (meaning chakra that does not belong to the user) into the user's body, effectively pushing out any other person's chakra. As a result, nearly any genjutsu placed on the user (except Tsukuyomi) will be released, since their chakra will be forced out of the user's body by the seal.
Note: The user can only use two jutsus the following turn due to the sudden increase of chakra caused by the seal.
Note: This jutsu will work on any type of jutsu where the opponent must insert his or her chakra into the user.
Note: Can only be used twice (one seal per arm)
