Sharingan Tobi > Minato

Sharingan Tobi is in fact better than Minato. Minato landed one hit on Tobi, but that doesn't determine who's stronger, does it? If Minato was so confident in his ability to defeat Tobi, he would have followed and quickly killed him while Hiruzen dealt with Kurama.

Minato is clearly trembling and worried because he's realized that Tobi is more powerful than him. Why else would he be in so much fear?

"He was so strong not even the 4th could do anything agaisnt him!" -----> Naruto thought of the 4th as a great Hokage, and still admitted that Tobi was stronger than him.

And as a last resort, Tobi still had his perfect Izanagi and amazing Genjutsu.

Minato, at the start, was trembling and was awed by Tobi's power. Later, he intended to kill him, but wasn't able to. If he was so confident he could have instantly teleported to him and finished him off. And on top of that, Minato's own son admitted that Tobi was stronger than him. And Minato himself admitted that Tobi saw through all of his moves, and that Tobi's techniques were superior to his.

Sharingan Tobi > Minato, and this is with Tobi only showing one of his techniques thus far.


EDIT: I might not go as far as to say that Sharingan Tobi was superior to Minato. But if anything, they're even. That one battle doesn't prove Minato's superiority over Sharingan Tobi.



LOL Tobi's Genjutsu can one-shot Minato. :rofl:

Because he had no need to stay, seeing that Kurama was wrenched from his control. Plus, he probably already knew how much damage Kurama would cause anyway.

Ftg for tbb took a hell lot better than summoning kurama. He did that twice. Also tobi just teleported kurama not summon. Kurama was already unleashed by kushina

Nah. He's in fact one of my favorite characters. I'm just pointing out the facts. If anything, Old Tobi is even with Minato. Minato's superiority can't be proved by one small skirmish.

And losing one small battle determines who's better or not? If Minato was better, he would have killed him, not sit back and think about how powerful Tobi is, and then leave it to his son to finish him.

Again, if anything, the two were even.

I think he knew about it for awhile. He's probably known about the Sage's past for awhile, and therefore Izanagi.

Thats only when his chakra was used. For minato summoning gamabunta, using ftg twice. Also using ftg for naruto and kushina which will only cost a little. But ftg for tbb damn thats like 10-15% of minato's chakra
