If it's me, an open grassy field with no cover or hills or anything to be seen for 100 mile's or some other object. It is a clear sunny day. and we are 2 metre's from each other

I use Raigeki No Yori (Lighting Armor) to dull the incoming attack and return with Fuuton, Senpuuken (Wind Style, Hurricane Fist).

I didn't block, I "dulled", in otherwords I took the attack at minimal damage.
I use Sen'eijashu (Hidden Shadow Snake Hand) wrapping the snakes around my body to have them absorb the damage from the incoming rocks. Then I use Saisei No Jutsu (Cell Regeneration Technique) to heal myself from the previous damage I took at the cost of chakra. And finally I release the snake and use Katon, Dai Endan (Fire Style, Great Fireball) to attack.

When you disappear from view I shoot a spark of lightning charged chakra into the sky to use Raiton, Ikazuchi No Kiba (Lightning Style, Fangs of Lightning), when you appear behind me I use Raigeki No Yori (Lightning Armor) which blocks your Rock Staff. The Fangs of Lightning strikes and I spin around while you are in close range and quickly use Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) to sever the arteries going to your heart.ok

to burn your arm as it is reaching for my body so you can't use it and I quickly jump to your injured side and away and use

When you strike my arm with the fire jutsu I use Fukumi Hari (Hidden Needles), at your eyes (which at arms length is too fast to miss). When the needles strike your eyes I use Fuuton, Senpuuken (Wind Style, Hurricane Fist) and Dokugiri (Poison Mist Technique) to create a spiraling vortex of poison which strikes and encompasses your body.

I lower my head just slightly so the poison needle's miss my head and hit just above the eye's. which because of my protective anbu mask deflect's the needle's. and I finish the jumping to the side of your unusable arm but when you use the poison mist technique and your Hurricane fist, I use (Doton
oryuu Heki)-Earth Style:Mud Wall which create's a wall between me and your poisonous mist so I don't get effected. I then sense your chakra and use (Raiton:Ikadazumi No Kiba)-Lightning Style:Lightning Bolt Fang and call it down on you from the other side of the wall.(Doton

I sense a build up of chakra and I jump back and when you fire it off I use (Katon:Karyuudan)-Fire Styleragon Flame Bullet which hit's the partially weakoned lightning ball and counter's it. I then use (Dotonoryuu Jouheki)-Earth Style:Earth Rampart to raise the earth under me to create a plateu, and follow with (Dotonoryou Dango)-Earth Style: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling which is thrown at you, and because of my hight it can go further, and because of gravity making it accelerate as it falls it increase's the power of the technique and you get crushed.
