Ok the three Sannin where Oro, Jiraya, and Tsunade obviously. The closest people that are from the Leaf that resemble then would obviously be Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura. My question is will there be a new generation of Sannin or is that a one time thing?

There could possibly be a new set of Sannin.
Even though Hanzo is already dead, since the original Sannin were so legendary, there could be a new group given the title of Sannin by the end of this war. They would need to possess a similar skill level and potential as Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade, though. They would also have to face off against an opponent that has a reputation for being unbeatable. Furthermore, they would likely need to be able to display their abilities as a team to get a team designation.
That being said, while it could happen, I don't really see anybody meeting those criteria. Obviously, there are a number of individuals that meet one or two of the above criteria, but there are very few teams in the series that demonstrate overall greatness. Instead, I see different people getting individual nicknames and titles much like Kakashi is the "Copy Ninja" and Minato was the "Yellow Flash."

It would be nice if the 3 took their places and carried on their legacy (personally I would love Naruto after all of this, to just end up as some daft hermit travelling place to place like his awesome master- Gurren Lagann style) but without necessarily inheriting the title of Sannin... only problem is I think they're all a bit beyond that stage now...

Konohamaru or whatever would be one under Naruto. But its not gonna happen in the series, its about done after the wars over

Sannin was given by Hanzo to Tsunade, Orochimaru and Jiraiya its not a title to hand down, so stop thinking a new Sannin team is coming because its not each generation at some point get a team and a new title may be given to them along the line, if their that good.

I think they WILL be the New sanin. I wrote a recent thread about it:

They won't be known as the Sannin officially. "The Sannin" isn't a group that gets it's name passed down from generation to generation like the 7 Swordsman of the Mist.
At best, they might be recognized as the students of the Sannin - their successors - unofficially.

I don't think it has been written yet, but the Sannin was a name given to Oro, J-Man and Tsunade for surviving in battle against Hanzo. ;p
But seriously...No there will not be a new generation of Sannin after Tsunade dies. If anything, it has already skipped like 2-3 generations because you have to remember how old Tsunade really is. Sannin was just a name given to them kind of like Minato's Yellow Flash or Copy Ninja Kakashi.
