Describe how you use this jutsu.
How I would use it;

-I would start by gathering a good amount of chakra, then manipulating it into raiton chakra after doing that, I would send the raiton chakra to my hands. Then I would fire a wave of lighting bolts from me, causing the lighting bolts to shock my target.-

RP uses for this jutsu

Good uses would be to use it as a minor attack and since it's shocks them so you can follow up with a stronger attack.

What can it counter effectively

A C-rank+ wind jutsu would be able to make this jutsu not very effective. It is also short range so it couldn't do much if your enemy is at a distance.

When would be your ideal time to use this

Against earth type jutsu, since earth is weak against lighting.

When should you not use this

You shouldn't use this against any wind type jutsu since wind is a natural electrical insulator, and pretty much makes the lighting jutsu ineffective, and if your enemy is mid/long range away since this jutsu is short range..

Yeah I am used to attacking some sort of clone. O-o

-I start by gathering up a fair amount of my raiton chakra then I manipulate my raiton chakra, to change into electricity surrounding my body with it, keep the flow of my chakra steady and strong, then I start to run at the nun at full speed, then I throw a punch at the nun, since I am coved with the electricity around my body it electrocutes the nun.-

-I start of by focusing my raiton chakra up then I use the handsigns Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together, in doing this, I start to run up the mountain you placed right be hide me, as I am running up the cliff face, I manipulate my chakra into lighting then I go to dislodged stone and rocks, releasing a wave of electrical energy, I do that, the stone and rock falls on the now, hopefully buried the nun.-

-I start by knocking your clone up into the air with my sword, and jumps after your clone. I then proceed to punch and kick your clone, still while in mid-air. Then I duck to the floor, just underneath the clone, I then do the handseals for the Chidori, creating a Chidori. I strike your clone with the Chidori, finishing your clone off.-

-I start by knocking your clone up into the air with my sword, and jumps after your clone. I then proceed to punch and kick your clone, still while in mid-air. Then I duck to the floor, just underneath the clone, I then do the handseals for the Chidori, creating a Chidori. I strike your clone with the Chidori, finishing your clone off.-
