couldn't sasori just attach strings to him and prevent him from doing anything? if not even that does anything then you have to remeber poison he can use iron sand gathering assault to create a giant hammer and drop it on hachibi's head as he does the TBB, causing a huge misfire(like minato and nine-tailed fox). You also have to remember he can transfer hearts to other puppets.

Well, Sasori seems very forumlaic. He always starts in Hiruko, not as himself using chakra strings (tho you could set conditions). That means V1 smashes Hiruko and Sasori jumps out and uses 2nd Kazekage probably, meaning B goes up to full form? Hachibi can easily tank iron sand hammer imo, and that would prompt a biju bomb or whirlwind. Sasori's puppet body probably doesn't even survive, much less others he can transfer to, especially if they're in the cave.

Bee in his 8 tails mode is flesh and one huge target. so, basically, a lot

I said IF. Also in V2 state its just pure chakra and even the sword of kusanagi couldn't pierce Naruto in V2 so Bee in that state must be similar. So since Bee can't be poisoned, he wins it.
you also have to remember killer bee is a close-range taijutsu/kenjutsu user. V1 tries to come towards him and lariat him, he can inject him with poison when he isn't looking with hiruko's tail and it is all over. plus, all of sasori's weapons are drenched in poison, making it that much deadlier.
Well since you made Sasori's intent is to capture Bee alive, I'll give this to Bee.
Anyway, Sasori might have a chance against Bee if he wants to kill him, his poison was about to kill Kankuro if Sakura didn't make a special antidote, his fire attack melts rock, his water attack cuts clouds, his Iron Sand is so powerful.. I doubt those high rank attacks wouldn't be a threat to Bee even in his Bijuu state.
I give this to Bee with high difficulty.

Don't underestimate Sasori iron sand is one hell of a move and a giant tailed beast like Kirabi would be difficult to dodge it with the posion. The real Problem is how will Sasori dodge a bijuu ball

if kilelr bee goes 8 tails mode, he's dead , a iron sand spike is more than enough for him...
and for those saying sasori can't do anything to 8 tails.. don't kid yourself... the fourth kazekage beat shukaku himself, and the fourth was said to be by far more powerful than him, and have the most dangerous weapon in suna history...
if kunai etc could cut killer bee's tail, one of the poisoned iron spikes coming at amazing speed will at least scratch him.. from then it's over .....sasori was perfect for beast capturing because of his poison which takes 3 days to kill..
