still even if he was meditating ... just jumping before someones move and saying before you do that i do this... is retarded... it defeats the entire purpose....lava is always s rank??
oh and the first nmove as you read below was meant to say while he was meditating.
oh and the attack i used was one that hurt gamabunta very bad.
i think it could rip through two lava slabs.

the only reason his format is different is cause he was gone for along time and win he came back it had changed.
and s-rank attacks are s ranked because they are dangerous to the user and opponete.

I think you are confusing S-ranks with Forbidden ranked jutsu's, which do must have some sort of drawback, or make it hard for the user to use if effectively if they have some way to counter that drawback, like i have a jutsu which is a forbidden rank jutsu but it has no "real" drawbacks, but it like take's up all 3 turn's to use it. 1 to prepare it, 1 to use it, 1 to escape it or it will also kill me(and its description is nothing compared to other custom forbidden rank's lol)
S-rank jutsu's are generally 40 chakra with 80 damage(for direct attack jutsu's)
and forbidden rank's are generally 50 chakra to do 90-100 damage(for attack jutsu's)

also If you read the fight rules it clearly states that anything that is a s-class jutsu has to have some sort of drawback or damage to the individual

sort of, in the manga. but in the rule's they are seperated with the forbidden one's the super powerful one's who require the drawback's although all can technically have drawback's attached to them.

MOS, Madara and the gang changed the rules while a lot of people were gone. Among those rules was the jutsu ranks. He added a separate "Forbidden" rank which is different than "S" rank so that users would have to get more posts to be able to use "Forbidden" techniques. Unfortunately, from what I'm seeing there hasn't been any line drawn as to what is Forbidden and what is S-Rank since historically on the board all S-Rank jutsu were Forbidden techniques.
The new rules are at:
I've been slaving over them all day trying to memorize everything and work my jutsu list around the new system... I've actually dropped back down to Anbu Rank again because of the new user ranks but I don't really mind. (Although that means I've been Anbu Rank for almost half a year now).
If you want to get technical, and go by the show/manga, with the new rules format. Then no user should be allowed to use Taju Kage Bunshin No Jutsu until they reach Kage Rank since it was a forbidden jutsu (meaning any more than 5 Kage Bunshin is off limits till 5,200 posts). I wonder how many people actually follow that rule.

and then once that is added they should like make a kekkei genkei(although not technically a kekkei genkei) and call that kekkei genkei "super chakra" even though it isn't a blood line trait, it should be counted as one, where you get liek 20 time's the number of chakra as everyone else(and ability to use kage bunshin(shadow clone's)), and change the rule's for kage bunshin back to what the manga does so it "divides" your chakra instead of subtracting your chakra, since in the manga that is what it does.
