I think Kabuto is related to the 2nd Hokage. He has white hair, reanimation jutsu, and healing jutsu like 2nd Hokage's brother (1st Hokage).

I do declare that you need more information just based off these analysis. If you read the manga, then you would know the reason why he has reanimation as a jutsu is because of Orochimaru's cells inside of him && being an underling of Orochimaru he knows how the jutsu works. Just because he has white hair doesn't make him related to the 2nd Hokage in anyway. It would be like declaring that Sasuke is related to Tobirama Senju because of the black hair.

The fact that he has a healing based jutsu also doesn't mean anything. Please read the manga before making bold claims.

I'm not sure if you're trolling, but your theory really doesn't make any sense.

There are easy explanations for everything about Kabuto that doesn't involve the Second.

1. He has white hair because he has white hair.
2. He learned medical ninjutsu from the orphanage.
3. He learned Edo Tensei from Orochimaru, who learned it from studying the Second Hokage's techniques.
