the buildings are going to be rubbish, but I think that a majority of the hero's may survive the gravity blast, because sakura survived it. so theoretically a large amount of the ninja's should survive it.

Tsunade won't be able to die either as she has that special ability of her's(although she may have her chakra depleted.

anybody with a slug might be able to live.

Naruto it seem's will come back almost imediately now, and danzou will most likely try to take over soon.
