He allegedly knew every jutsu in the leaf (or something like that). They could've made something up.
Like a chidori and resengan in each hand lol.

It isn't his jutsu that make him good, although it is pretty damn fast. It's his ultimate. If you are close range and manage to get your opponent in hitstun, its an instant ougi. Even if they sub, they sometimes fall back into it. Any character that can do a ultimate of a chakra dash, any combo (except air combo), has a fast jutsu (with cutscene) and has tags is waaaaaay OP. Also you can use akamaru as a puppet for long distance fighting.

I alternate between all of Sasuke's forms exclusively, and can play skillfully with all of them. Of his 5 forms, I've really taken a liking to using PTS Sasuke [Chunin Exams Outfit], though.

Well that's my strongest team set up, I hate spammers I actually use sasuke to fight and if someone keeps spamming me I start spamming
