1. PTS kiba (so overpowered, if you know how to play him)
2. Naruto (5 kage summit)
3. Kankuro (5 kage summit)

I am not very good with naruto he is just fun to play. Kankuro's new ougi and the dash cancel function really helped the puppet out.

They are 80% just Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 Characters and pathetic takes on the Storm 1 characters. Only a few are really new or unique to generations.

yea kiba's gatsuga is fast since storm 2.

Agreed.But is there any option besides that Deman Seal technique or whatever,in anime or manga nothing more powerful than that has been shown coming from Hiruzen :shrug:
