Itachi vs Minato vs Nagato

I think Nagato is one of the strongest ninja. However Minato is probably one of his worst match-ups. Nagato's biggest weakness is that 5 second gap and Minato would be able to exploit it.

I also think that Itachi is a bad match for Minato. As far as we have seen Minato has no way to get past Susanoo.

So I think Itachi would win based his skill set

He would not be that stupid to look at Itachi's eyes. Nagato has full knowledge on Itachi, since he was his boss.
Itachi's best attacks are all of them made of chakra, easily absorbed by Preta path. Also Nagato has Gedo Mazo and Chibaku Tensei.
The only way Itachi could win is making a ****ing awesome plan to destroy Nagato... but I doubt it.

i agree with what you said with nagato being to slow compared to minato however minato against itachi ....i just say that dead demon seal would take care of susanoo..dont get me wrong susanoo is awsome however not much timing its needed for the seal to work....i say a flying thunder god jutsu (dodge any open attacks and counter attack) and then the seal release would do the trick ...susanoo would not protect him from it...its a life stealing jutsu..that that would not be effected by susanoo by the way

there u go....thats what im saying to ..minato knows his chakra limits so he will definitely end the fight as soon as he can ...also he has the power to summon ...the toads..to take on nagatos animals..if all honesty who isnt to say that nagato cant teleport the 6 paths of pain to different areas of the plain feel..crippling his advantage having bigger numbers over him..

Um the 5 second gap wont matter considering he can use multiple paths at once. Itachi's amaterasu is defeated by preta path or shinra tensei. Susanoo is defeated by CT. As for tsukyomi i dout Nagato would be stupid enough to look in his eyes. And minato's speed blitz is canceled out by nagato's shared vision with his summons and rasengan by preta path nagato is actually minato's worst match up. The only ones he could probably defeat nagato are Tobi, BM naruto, Edo madara, and maybe kabuto. Itachi stands a chance but in the end i see nagato coming out on top minato isnt even a factor in the fight since either of them could defeat minato.

Probably Nagato, since the rinnegan works very well against multiple people, and Nagato has more chakra than both of them. But both Minato and Itachi have an advantage in speed, intelligence and skill. And if either Minato or Itachi manage to kill Nagato then stamina wouldn't matter. But if I had to pick i'd put my bets on Nagato. But I find this a very tough match; they're all very close.

Nagato.

He has MULTIPLE summons, including a dog that MULTIPLIES when killed. Also a bird on which he can fly on. He has mechanical body parts, which can block physical attacks. I'm sure if Minato tried to pop up behind him, a hand would come out and choke him. The mechanical parts can also SHOOT MISSLES! He has Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei, BOTH which I could see crushing Susanoo. If he even grabs your head once, you're pretty much dead because he'll take your soul out. Also, if you touch him, you become useless because he can absorb your chakra. He can absorb even your ninjutsu! JINTON HAD NOTHING ON MADARA! Nagato can do the exact same thing!

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention he can use all 5 elements?
WATER, FIRE, WIND, EARTH, LIGHTNING


Nagato wins this hands down! DONE AND DONE!

nagato summons bird, dog and chameleon, hide inside chameleon's mouth and go invisible. nagato would use bird and dog for diversion..

now minato would probably use gamabunta to fight with the summoned dog. as we all know, gamabunta can't kill this dog alone.

minato has no way to detect chameleon's presence(manga doesn't show any). ftg would be useless if he doesn't know where will nagato attack.

now from chameleon's mouth, nagato can either use missiles, lasers, bansho tenin, shinra tensei to attack minato, where as minato would just probably use ftg to dodge this attacks.

minato doesn't have any offensive jutsu that will affect nagato, rasengan can be asborbed kunai can easily be countered by asura path. and if minato tries to teleport himself at nagato's back, he will probably be caught by nagato's shared vision.

once nagato catch minato he can use tendo rods to disrupt minato's chakra or even control minato's body. minato will not be able to resist nagato's chakra since he doesn't have bijuu to do it. once minato is stabbed, he won't be able to use ftg at his will, at this point nagato can either absorb his chakra till he faints or simply remove his soul out.

nagato wins med diff. he doesn't need CT or gedo.that's overkill.

Nagato. If they are against each other then Nagato has the best abilities for a 1v1v1 battle and he has summons along with more chakra.

Minato places finger on ground and locates chameleon, uses ftg to evade dogs and other summons, goes to chameleon and summons Bunta on top of to hold it down, Bunta stabs to kill the chameleon, Nagato comes out and probably repels Minato and Bunta,Minato dispels Bunta, throws his kunai randomly and teleports away from the battlefield, summons sealing throne in another location, teleports back and uses FTG(like he did with Kurama) to teleport himself, Nagato and Itachi to that other location from whatever distance they are from him and seals them as soon as they appear into himself or a toad.
