I throw a Kunai at you with an explosive tags attached to it. I make kunai prematurely explode between us creating a large smoke cloud.I use this to my advantage so i can liquefy myself and mix in with the water.

(Suiton: Suika no Jutsu) – Water Release: Hydrification Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. The Second Mizukage when using this technique has a more oily state allowing it to into Gaara's sand element and nullify the techniques. (this oily ability can only be used by the Second Mizukage).
Note: Can only be used by members of the Hozuki Clan.

As you throw a Kunai, I quickly throw a Senbon to reflect your kunai off path, but before our weapons collide, an explosion happens. I realize that it could only be an detraction so I Slam my hands together summoning Zets

Description: The user will slam his hands together for the summoning. This summons Zetsumei, or Zets for short. when Zets is summoned he turns a water source murky, making it imposible to see withing the water source. A foul smell of death and decay will also fill the air. Zets has the ability to spawn thousands of small Eels from his mouth, these Eels can fill a water source, attacking and feeding on anything within it. this can be devastating for an opponent. The spawn Eels can group together forming large masses for defense that equal A-rank. After his time, the remaining Eels will swim back into Zets mouth as he consumes them. (Doujutsu can see though the murky water)
Note:
-Can only be Summoned once per Battle.
-Must have signed Eel Contract.
-Summon last 4 turns.
-Spawning Eels counts as a move.
-Requires a water source.



This turns the water murky and dark, making it imposible to see within the water. A foul smell of death and decay will also fill the air making most gag at first smell. I then stand on Zets head as I am lifted out of the water source.

Mangetsu notices the water starting to darken making it hard for him to see. He then moves through the water like if he was swimming backward. His head pokes out of the surface behind you guys in at short range.

His hand then start to liquefy once more and surround your summon trapping him and constricting his movements.

Note: Can only be used by a member of the Hozuki clan.

Description: The user slams their hands onto the floor releasing a massive amount of water chakra. This summons a gigantic wave of water, that is so powerful that it can even knock a summon unconscious. The amount of water that is summoned can level a village with ease, while the wave heads towards its victims the user can control it so that large water hands fire out and consume anything that tries to escape. This jutsu is unavoidable when used on water, and there must be a large water source.

Note: Can only be used Once per battle.
Note: Cant use water jutsu next turn.
Note: Can only be used by members of the Wave village

At will I return back to my liquid state.

As I am looking around for you I notice water forming around my Eel, I notice your head out of the water. *Hmm, hes from the Hozuki Clan, this should be Interesting* I quickly shoot an small Eel from my mouth that fly's close to you with great speed this Eel then explodes with extreme force releasing a large amount of Raiton (since you state we are close range it happens really fast and I will take some damage as well)

Description: The user will open their mouth shooting a small Eel at the opponent with great speed, one the Eel is within short range of the Opponent it will exspload with great electrical force shocking the opponent. if the user is over a watersorce they can shoot the Eel in the water, so the Eel can sneak up on the opponent, delivering the blast unexpectedly. If the User is in the blast radius, they will take 20 damage.
Note:
-Can only be use twice per battle
-Must sign Eel contract



I will take on minor electrical injury as you will be violently shocked taking major injury, plus you are in liquid form (not sure how much extra that is) I then jump away from your location to mid range..

This would happen while you are trapping my Eel with your "Water Entrapment Technique" As my Eel is the size of an basic Unagi, I would only image it would take some time before you trap it. this means you never use "God's Will"..
