1.) In a real battle, I don't think it would be a one on one, but whatevs.
2.) It never said that Yamato was supressing his chakra. It showed that Kisame was contained with Yamato using his Mokuton to make the hold, but that doesn't mean that Yamato used the Mokuton to supress Kisame's chakra. That is a pure insinuation, and one that I think is wrong.

hashi and madara alone would be enough...nagato would not beat madara...itachi and minato maybe cuz they use strategy...hasi uses tree world game over..they are not like the 5 kages where they got a supped up medical ninja to keep healing them..

very high difficulties with deaths probably on their side
I would give Itachi a kunai with ftg seal on it
With Itachi's superb skill in tajutsu and kunais Minato could teleport instantly to "Itachi for example" and aid him with a speedblitz, would be very usefull against opponent like Jiraiya

Its really a tough call but I'll go with Team 1 only because :
1. It has a S/T User
2. It has Rinnegan user
3. The team members are OP in sealing Techs [Minato and Itachi with Totsuka]
If that wasn't the case then Team 2 can take on almost anyone because it's got Hashi and EMS Madara.

Now thinking about it, this gives him an advantage in the fight as a whole.
btw just for the record, they all could be caught in total darkness

EMS madara was the leader of the uchiha clan during the time of war.
Only Hashirama was stronger than EMS madara during his time.
The name of madara made all the five nations enter war. And when madara entered the battle field, the five kages went personally to fight him cos they knew no one stood a chance facing EMS Madara alone.
The kages didnt even know that he had hashirama's powers yet and they considered him powerful to face 5 kages at once
MS itachi will never make the alliance and kages risk so much on one person. They know EMS Madara is stronger. U_U

(in general) As the 1st Hokage has the ability to surpress chakra (anyones) he could lead this team to victory.

But even if he could, it can't be strong enough to suppress the likes of Nagato, Minato, and Itachi. I mean, it obviously didn't work when he faced Madara, or he wouldn't have been hurt. And it looks like a person needs to be captive or weakened for them to be able to do it.
Madara is considered as a legend. But so far we've seen EMS Madara, i'm not sure he is more powerful than Itachi and even if he is, i think it's close. Just compare their Susanoo. Ok Madaras Susanoo is much more bigger but Itachi has better items with yata mirror and totsuka. If totsuka touches Madara it's over for him.

if its strong enough to supress tail-beast I dont see why it couldnt. Also, we dont know the extent of fight between Madara, so we cant assume that not being a factor.
