Nobody said v1 susano is invincible, but that in itself is enough to protect the user from otherwise fatal attacks.

I dont believe the rocks would get past a v1 susano. Anyway what makes kabuto annoying is not because of his sm ability imo but because he came very prepared and had all the info in the world on the uchiha's but also has effective counters against the sharigan. Without any info, sm or not it would be a straight forward fight. No different to shikamaru being well informed on hidan's ability.

What could kill kabuto?. If he eats a tsukuyomi thats him, more or less done.
If get caught in amaterasu, he might have great regeneration abilities but you see his renegrating abilities is due to his chakra. Amaterasu burns for 7 days, he doesnt have enough chakra to keep on regenerating. Also no matter how good you are at regenerating, if the totsuka pieces you, you'll end up in the bottle

I agree that technique would allow kabuto to evade amaterasu, but you see sasuke chakra is 3.5/5, kabuto's is a 3/5. Now that technique was said to take majority of sasuke chakra, but also itachi knew it was one of oro's technique. If kabuto was to use that to evade amaterasu, his chakra would be low;

You must also say then that Gaara never lost to Deidara, as he too was protecting the village with his sand which made him tire out.

Almost every fight shown in the manga can be twisted if you use logic like that. Itachi was stabbed and got pwned by Kabuto's technique, until Sasuke saved him. Deal with it.
