Point is Tobirama never used the Rasengan, never used anything that resembled it and he never even witnessed it so youre wrong Narutokage2.

You are over thinking it. That was not Mu's dialog but thought explained by the narrator. Mu's own D. bubble shows two exclamation marks- that's his surprise.
As I said before the explanation that it was rasengan was for reader's benefit not the Mu talking but just a detailing by the writer.
Kishi didn't tell much about Mianto but it was emphasized by him that Rasengan was his tech which he created. Even Bee noticed it when he was teaching him Beast bomb.
Taking it's credit away from Minato at this stage so randomly will be such a jackass thing to do unless he has very good reason and then he must explain it. If he does , so be it. Until then.. I would leave it.
Either way keep it civil people. No more personal attacks unless you plan to collect red dots.

It's simply a statement by Kishi, like 'Enraged, the Raikage takes extreme measures!' when he was chopping off sasuke's head. To end the chapter on even more of a high.
Killer Bee didn't say anything about Minato until Naruto told him, and Naruto was told by Jiraiya and Kakashi. Thus, having already cited Jiraiya and Kakashi earlier in this thread, your comment doesn't really add much new of import because Naruto is just a secondary source to Kakashi and Jiraiya by repeating them. Bee is simply repeating Naruto (3rd-hand info now on Minato as the inventor) and stating info about the techniques.
Thus, you're actually leaving out the most important material of what Bee said. Namely, that the Rasengan was essentially Minato's legacy for Naruto to learn the TBB because they share the same principles of formation. What's important in this thread is ownership of the technique. From a plot point of view, this makes a lot more sense if Minato is the inventor of the Rasengan than Tobirama, as Naruto has no relationship to him really. This further acts as supporting evidence that Minato did indeed invent the Rasengan.
As well, it back references Kakashi and Jiraiya via Naruto with stating Minato as the inventor of the Rasengan, indicating Kishi is maintaining this belief 519 chapters long minus the chapters before the Rasengan was introduced (about 160-170). Simply equating the mechanics of the TBB to the Rasengan doesn't by itself indicate ownership of the Rasengan. See the difference?

Again i disagree about it not being Muu's dialogue.
And i'd do anything but take away credit from someone who is my favorite character in the series lol, the thread was intended to bring what appeared to be an anomaly to light, and i wanted to see the explanations people would have for this anomaly. I did'nt really expect that so many would say it was'nt an anomaly in the first place.

It must have being kishi's note,minato invented the rasengan from studing the bijuu bombs,which was said somewhere by somebody i cannot remember,but am sure it was from the nine tails bomb since his wife was the jinnjurikin
u dis agree that it was kishi's note fine then it was kabuto,because kabuto took complete control over muu and was speaking through him when he resurrected madara,and lets not forget that naruto has used the rasengan on kabuto,that must be why kabuto said that through muu..You must be registered for see images
If you were'nt so dumb you would have realized the whole argument i'm having is because you think those were'nt Muu's thoughts, not on whether or not Tobirama could use the rasengan. And i don't flame people most of the time, only morons such as yourself who are both dumb and arrogant. Understand the argument before replying, take some basic comprehension classes before posting.

If you look at the bottom right, those are Muu's thoughts and they were in words as well.
In your other 2 examples it was obviously kishi narrating cuz of what was being said.
