2. The FTG used on the Mizukage didn't look like it required any hand seals, but merely cooperative concentration on a target.
3. My friend's mom has blonde hair, but he has brown hair from his dad. Descendants of the Uzumaki clan with red hair suggests both parents of Uzumaki lineage, or the child bearing physical traits(hair color) from one parent. It's just like in real life.
