I dont even understand what this 'Tobi is weak' theory is based on, Tobi's intangibility even pawned A's speed at the summit, which means he is fast enough to activate it on not only himself but Sasuke too (he had sasuke on his shoulder) in a split second that it took for A to surpriise blitz him. Basically he can avoid any attack, and defeat anyone with his absorbing technique, he could even penetrate defenses like sasuno,o with his intangibility and then absorb the users. Everyone has a method for avoiding damage, Kisame has samehada, nagto has chakra absorbtion, asura path, and deva path tto avoid gettting damage, Minato has hirashin and teleportation barrier, Itachi has susano'o and yata mirror, oro spits out new bodies etc, everyone does what Tobi does in their own way, you cant win battles without avoiding damage.

He's not hiding behind the jinchuuriki and gedo, it takes a lot of chakra and mental power to control the six jinchuuriki, he cant finght AND control all of them properly, its called a tactical decision. That´s not correct from the fight with konan we know he has to cut down his defense to absorb someone. At the Kage summit it was very predictable that the kages won´t stay listen and do nothing.

Chakra Chains is an Gedo Mazo ability not his. Warping only works if he is like 1 cm in front of his opponent and even then he can´t use it all the time. If he could, he would just suck in the naruto and bee. Physical strength is based on suigetsus swing suigetsu is weak, when he fought Kisame he didn´t fought him serious. Genjutsu is just the warping thing and these steel chains he used while fighting Minato is not really something awesome.

Kabuto stole a lot of things but went through the sage training himself. Madara took Izunas Eyes because he was blind and had no other choice, and he was strong in the first place.
Naruto couldn´t controll the Kyubi and it was easily avoided by Sasuke. Naruto trained himself to controll his power and he taimed him.
he can still use the rinnegan. And we dont know who stole who's eyes until we see his face. he claims he gave nagato the eyes or meant that madara gave nagato the rinnegan. just because he is using might be someone else's doesnt matter he still shows good mastery of it.
As we know from the fight with nagato each pain could only use one ability if one was defeated the next one couldn´t use more than one. If all were defeated he had his last Path. That means tobi currently has one rinnegan ability.
And where is the point give the rinnegan to someone if he could use it himself?
