What makes you think he won't! Besides he doesn't have to worry only abt human path, there're 5 other as well.

Yes they were alot weaker b'coz they'd to be hand operated by him due to the typo seal he placed onto them. He doesn't knw abt their fighting style so couldn't use them completely

I still don't see how they're much weaker. Where'd you get the information about the seals too? I'm not doubting it, but I want to see the information for myself. You can literally put that stance into Kabuto and his ETZ and say the same thing.

Hashirama:
- Uses Mokoton to trap Hiruzen, and makes him rely on Enma to get him out
- Uses Mokuton again to make a forest (he couldn't go out of the boundaries because of the seal).
- Uses Bringer of Darkness to trap Hiruzen in a genjutsu (could kill him here)

To me, it sounds like Orochimaru used him pretty well. All these things can help Orochimaru in his fight (Especially the genjutsu since it takes their shared vision out).

yes that's apparent but you don't get my point. He has everything that is needed to take him down conveniently.
His all paths can beat him to death. if he still doesn't die he can remove his soul with human path

Also dont forget Orochimaru has genjutsu and Paralysis Binding spell jutsu... The paths of pain have shown to be caught in genjutsu.
And with edo tensei he can virtually brng back whoever dna he has and knowing Orochimaru is a mad scientist, he probably would have more worthy dna. Imo The trick lies in getting Nagato tired and Exhaust his stamina.

Okay first Orochimaro used a weaker seal, he'd to operate them manually. Kabuto perfected it by making edos do their own moves. He does't have to worry abt their fighting style & skills. they would do best on their own.
Secondly Edos can do all their techs alot quicker & efficiently then being controlled by any other

Did Jiraiya had him when he has a alot powerful genjutsu then Orochimaro?
Uzumaki's are renowned for their powerfull stamina & life force. he took down a whole village, made alot of summonings, used two of his most deadliest techniques which requires healthy amount of chakra & then revived a whole damn village. Is that prove enough who would be the first to get exhausted. Edos summoning requires chakra too
