Is Tobi weak?!

It doesn't matter where he got his abilities. The fact that he stole the Rinnegan doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. The point is he has it. And with it he is a force to be reckoned with. In the end that's really all that matters.

If he was so weak then he would have been dealt with a long time ago

Considering he is not using the rinnegan techs atm because he's controlling the jins, I'd say once they are gone he's gonna be pretty strong. The whole the rinnegan is not his power thing is just plain wrong. He has it, there for it is his power.

I agree with this thread. N ive been saying it for a while. Theres nothing special about tobi. He gets his strength from manipulating other ppl. He's not that strong. We've seen him coward away from multiple things. Like running away from the leaf after minato defeated him. He didnt attack konoha due to itachi - and yes this shows cowardice. He doesnt ever fight. He makes ppl fight for him. All we've seen him kill with minimal difficulty is anbu squad members. Hissss punk ass nigga!

So what if he is using someone elses powers? Madara used Kurama in the fight against Hirashirama. Does that make him weak too?

Anyway... To be honest, I think Tobi is stalling Naruto until Sasuke gets there. And if Sasuke doesn't get there in time then He would have to step in himself.

Befor anyone says Kabuto was so scared he showed him how to stop edo tensei. If you read the Manga he said it would be difficult to fight the rinnegan here but if he summons edo madara it would be over in a second.

tobi was still threatening him, knowing kabuto had madara. kabuto doesnt know what madara can actually do which is why he had madara show him. tobi does know what madara can do

Kabuto was not scared if he used all the edos against creepy little tobi he would just die in an instant, it was just a better decision to go one with the war.

Wow thats the only special thing then and it doesn´t mean he is strong. It just means he mastered something. The rest like the bijuu is just stolen and used.
Kabuto Madara Naruto are strong he is nothing special.

Okay looks like you don´t understand the diffrence between learning something and stealing somehting. Naruto Madara even Kabuto obtained there abilitys by training. Like supressing the kyuubi by naruto.
