I dunno if Shino could take Sasuke 100% of the time but I do think it's possible that he could beat him. Shino is pretty clever. I think he could figure out a way to get Sasuke with his bugs. But Sasuke is kind of a bad match up for him. I say Shino wins 30% of the time. Sasuke 70%.

he was not in base vs deidara he was going all out oro he used genjutsu and shut the **** up he will never beat itachi itachi was not fighting all out he let hime win so stfu n gtfo

True. But I think Shino being as smart as he is. Would be able to figure out something. Sasuke would win most of the time but I won't count Shino out completely.

i think the deciding question would be ... will sasuke run out of chakra before shino runs out of bugs ... then who ever is left i say will be the winner ... one can say sasuke will counter bugs with fire style ... or shino will counter fire style with bugs... ... and sasuke must get close enought to use his chidori ... shino was counted as being one of the geniuses along with sasuke neji and shikamaru .. u cant count him completely out

I'll consider that as part-one. Firstly, I like Shino more than Sasugay, but I'll be as objective as I can be.
Taijutsu : This obviously goes to Sasuke. Shino did train hard to improve his tai, but he could not hold his ground against a Sharingan.
Ninjutsu : This is actually debatable. Even though I believe Shino's bugs would last longer than Sasuke's Katon (chakra requirements), tbh, Sasuke is just too powerful for Shino to handle. Sharingan says it all. Some people say Shino uses poison, if it's true, that would be the only thing that could bring Sasuke down.

funny. because i told you to make it because i won't be around to see the responses quickly...don't try to make it seem like i ran away. and for clarification. base sasuke is JUST 3 tomoe, right or wrong? because ppl are comparing fights when he used oro's techs. so is this regular sasuke without oro techs? or sasuke with oro techs? sasuke with or without curse marks. because if it is base, all other's arguments are void, sense he was not base sasuke.
correction. seeing the bugs does not make it an automatic counter. lots of ppl see the bugs. you say he has fire style to roast the bugs. so do you honestly believe that shino would let all his bugs get roasted? you act like he sends it all at once. to have shino as your avi, you don't really know a lot about him do you? chidori variations can said in the same manner as his katon. taijutsu is not shino's weakness. yes, it's his weakest point, but it's not his weakness
Maybe you should read topic . than give a logical answer. Chidori Current would destroy the bug, and I believe Shino has a limitation on bugs.

no, tell the others to read the topic rofl they're the ones comparing fights for nothing. so chidori would kill all the bugs? yes shino is limited, but base sasuke is much more limited on chakra. more-so in a comparison to the amount of shino's bugs that is. katon and chidori aren't enough to beat shino...and i didn't mention speed because it's a non factor. shino can make clones faster than someone can blitz him. and 3 tomoe isn't enough to differentiate clones

Sasuke has more chakra.I doubt Shino could make a clone if Sasuke speed blitz blitz him I still dont see how do you think Shino would win. Anyways im done here unless you give me some reason why do you think Shino would win.
i already did. shino makes clones in an instant, what are you talking about? shino made countless clones in seconds against kankuro, and only got hit once, that entire fight while dealing with his puppet. for someone that doesn't have elemental jutsu at his disposal, that pretty ****in good. unless you're blatantly ignoring the fact that clones do make a difference and sasuke could be very well trapped since he can't differentiate. base sasuke would lose...ppl probably only vote for him because he's one of the main characters. but few characters can take shino 1v1. and base sasuke isn't one who can. just stating that he has chidori variants and katon doesn't make him a winner...
