if you mean ao (like prometheus said) he can see through maybe but cannot break it.
if you mean deidara (like haku yuki said ) he can see through maybe but cannot break it as well

how did you get AO mixed up with dodai? names are entirely diff and if he say threw danzos genjutsu then yes but he can't break it which is most likely the reason why the 4th mizukage was killed ( guess)
