He wasn't actually"Hebi" Sasuke at that time, but a weaker form that didn't have access to Orochimaru's powers (it was before he absorbed him). I'd keep that in mind before making a solid out-come; a current Kakashi is not to be underestimated. If Sasuke can use Kirin like he foreshadowed against Yamato and the group, than he's probably stronger than people image.
If it's current kakashi, i will say Kakashi easy. He's better in taijutsu, and they have the same speed. Kakashi is also better in ninjutsu, and even in raiton, he is better. He even have MS. Sasuke doesn't. Sasuke has curse seal though, that gives him better resistance, and stamina but i think in general Kakashi has the upper hand especially that Kakashi improved a lot in stamina during this war(fighting 7swordsmen+haku and the 2others+a lot of Zetsus along with Guy,Lee,and others+now 6Jinchurikis along with Guy in 2days or almost). So even in stamina, Sasuke doesn't seems to have an great avantage.
When i see that, i could really say that Kakashi could win easily, and i honestly think that even against the current Sasuke it could be a good fight between them now.

I think Sasuke would win but just barely being alive, like literally about to die or it's a draw.
No , it isnt current Kakashi . Another thing is Kakashi wouldnt be a match for Sasuke at both of their current levels.If it's current kakashi, i will say Kakashi easy. Ah !! So you mean the Kakashi at the moment when team7 meet Sasuke the first time in NG? If it's so, i will say Kakashi mid difficulties though(i have forgotten that at that moment he didn't had the power of Orochimaru^^).
And for the both at current level, i believe Kakashi can win coz Sasuke is too hasty when he fights, and against a smart guy like Kakashi, he could do a simple mistake that cost him victory(like in the recent chapter, if it was not Itachi, he could have been captured by kabuto).
