Ten tails

Not sure why but to me it seems weird that it is only called the ten tails when all the beasts are sealed in the statue when if you add up all the tails together it is 45 tails in total so of course it would be a beast but why is it jyubi and not 45 just a flaw maybe

umm becuase its nine beast plus the one being created, kyuubi said bijuus strenght is ranked in there tails thats why the kyuubi could make a tailed beast bomb to take on 6 other bijuu so in term the 10 tails would be stronger the all of them combined, get it.

Really come on I know Kishi is just following the story of what comes after nine is ten but come on you add up 1 tails all the way to 9tails and you will get 45 tails for the final beast so why name it the ten tails just to follow suit of 1 to 10 come on.

1. If it was 45 then there would have to be a 10-44 tails, which is way too much. Trying to keep track of all those would be way too much.

2. Like someone else said above, it's adding all the 9 tailed beasts together plus one, which is 10.

Seal the two tails add two to 1 that is 3.
Add the three tails to the 3 you have already and so on does it still not make sense

Because going from the Kyuubi to Yonjuugobi would be too weird -> springing from nine to 45 wouldn't make any sense. He just calls it Tentails because it adds up perfectly from 1 to 9 and then 10 with all combined. You don't have to make a sum of all the bijuus

At least you understood what I wrote I understand why he went to ten but there will be 45 tails in the ten tails beast. Which others don't get.
