but i read somewhere base byakugan is better than base sharingan. i wonder how ?

I still think sharingan over byakugan...it's very versatile and you can do more things with it. See chakra, movements, genjutsu, copy techniques etc.... byakugan has more limitations

you can cheat in exam better with sharingan.

With a basic sharingan you can control the 2nd most powerful tailed beast.

With the byakugan well you can see naked females,and that's that.
