Sasuke does not have 360° defense but he has very powerful abilities.
With only FTG and Rasengan, Minato is likely to loose... assuming Sasuke can use black flames to cover his weak spots and this is current sasuke (meaning he can spam abilities)
Minato could still kill him, but he could not outlast him until sasuke can't use sussano with black flames so he would at least need to sacrifice his arm to the black flames which is likely to be fatal. You have restricted any other means or ideas.
If this is he same sasuke that went against A then we all know Sasuke has no chance.
Minato can simply look at his feet, and he can have his markings on his ground to have a sense of his battle field if that is not restricted.. Outlast him or use any opportunity to bypass sasuke sussano mirror and finish him off.

This thread I like saying who would win in a fight between Naruto and Hinata, but Naruto doesn't have any arms or legs. This is just ****ing retarded, You took away 2 of Minato's 4 known techniques. Wow, do those restrictions not mean those are only abilities Minato can use?

Ok, I had always thought it meant "limit to".
